The Ethics Code contains standards with respect to issues of cultural responsiveness, diversity issues, and awareness of personal biases and challenges (1.07 and 1.10.) Not only are these topics important for behavior analysts with respect to their personal behavior, but they also directly apply to the behavior of their supervisees. Therefore, supervisors are required to address these topics as part of the supervisory process (4.07).

- What is the main concern or problem addressed in the article?
- What are two solutions and/or strategies that are suggested to address the problem? Explain each one, using examples as appropriate.
- What are at least 3 challenges that could be faced in the process of addressing the problem? Define and/or give examples of each.
- What are at least 3 potential methods of addressing those challenges? Define and/or give examples of each.
