We learned about what makes a company fail in our “Post Mortem Report” midterm. Your final exam to be about a company (of your choosing) that you believe will be successful in the future. I want you to think deeply about a product or service that will be in demand in the future and write about them as if you were presenting to a group of investors. Select a company to profile that you think will be successful providing this product/service. The company you select may be old or new, and can be privately held or publicly traded but you will likely find the most source material on companies that are newer and publicly traded.
You can choose any company you want other than Amazon, Tesla, or Apple. These companies have received far too much media attention in recent years and I want to challenge all of you to research something that is new to you.
Introduction (1-2 Paragraphs):
Describe the business type and the product/service they offer. In this chapter include their key leadership or founders and any information you can find about their organizational structure. Tell your audience how they are funded, and their vision/market strategy. Your thesis statement will inform your reading audience why you believe they will be successful.

Question One
Cifar-10 Dataset is a dataset of 50,000 32×32 color training images and 10,000 test images, labeled in 10 categories. For more information, visit the CIFAR homepage. Using the provided starter code (Jupyter Notebook), complete the following tasks:

1. Perform Data Preprocessing on the CIFAR-10 dataset to make it suitable for training Machine Learning models. Clearly document the steps involved.
2. Implement at least two supervised learning models discussed in Module-6 and train them on the preprocessed CIFAR-10 dataset.
3. Evaluate the performance of both models on the CIFAR-10 test dataset and report their accuracy.
4. Analyze and discuss:
o The impact of your data preprocessing steps on the model’s performance. (It can be tested on one model or both.)

Question Two
In this task, you will build and evaluate neural network models for image classification on the CIFAR-10 dataset. Using the provided starter code (Jupyter Notebook), complete the following:
1. Implement a simple Artificial Neural Network (ANN) using the framework of your choice (e.g., TensorFlow (Keras) or PyTorch). Train the model on the CIFAR-10 dataset. (Apply the required data pre-processing).
2. Build and train a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for the same classification task. Ensure that your CNN architecture includes at least one convolutional layer, one pooling layer, and one fully connected layer.
3. Compare the performance of the ANN and CNN on the CIFAR-10 test dataset, reporting their accuracy and any observations regarding their training processes.
4. Discuss the following:
o The advantages of using CNNs over ANNs for image classification tasks.
o Any challenges you faced while training these models and how you addressed them.

o How the models perform across different classes.
