What am I required to do in this assignment?
This assessment has two elementsto form a portfolio:
Element 1 (20%) – Individual Report
Craft a comprehensive report to address a complex challenge in international organisations, applying cross-disciplinary knowledge and strategies.
This report will be accompanied by your portfolio of proposals following lectures and class discussions.
Guidelines:
• Introduction: Define the problem within the context of a global and culturally diverse environment.
• Analysis(Main Findings): Use theories from international business and management to dissect the problem and propose solutions, ensuring these are informed by an understanding of cultural variances.
• Conclusion: Offer innovative recommendations that showcase deep analysis and understanding of Intercultural business management.
Element 2 (10%) – Career Task – Your Profile
Overview
This element is to be completed and submitted individually by each student. You are required to create a tailored professional profile that communicates your expertise and aspirations in international business. This includes preparing a CV and a cover letter, aligned with your aspirations for roles in intercultural business.
