Students will have a research topic and a list of citable academic literature from assessment 1.
Individually, you will now create a research question by taking the research topic from assessment 1 and add additional keywords in the form of the name of a major company, a country or a product. Students should ensure that they do not choose the same additional key word as their teammates from their presentation groups.
Students are allowed to choose a research question unrelated to assessment 1.
This research question will then be used to formulate a machine learning prompt. For example: “Write a 500 word essay on [any topic] of [supply chain OR logistics] of [any global company, any type of product]. Provide real world examples, detailing how they have performed. Please provide citations.”
This answer will be pasted into the assessment workbook. Note that on its own this generated text scores no marks.
The student essay will begin as a critique of the machine learning text. This will evolve into a complete answer to the chosen research question.
